About this music theory course
We will guide you through as a stand alone subject or as preparation for a music, GCSE. Some music degrees require Grade 5 Theory as part of their entry requirements. Also you need to pass Grade 5 theory to take higher practical exams with many exam boards.
At Silverwood Music School, we provide theory lessons as part of our practical lesson which link in with theory questions asked at practical exam sessions. We also provide online support with our own tailor made online theory courses. You can also learn at your own pace with our one-to-one theory lessons. Whatever your reasons for wanting theory tuition, our teachers are here to help. Theory lessons are offered by Cathy, Craig and Ruth.
