Claire was awarded an MBE in the 2020 New Years Honours List and is also chief examiner of a recognised London exam board. She has over 30 years experience of teaching keyboard, piano, flute, clarinet, recorder, vocals and violin. Her unique and highly acclaimed teaching methods, tutor books and compositions have been so well regarded that they are sold worldwide.

In 2020 Claire was recognised by the Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood in the New Years honours list and was awarded an MBE (Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for services to teaching, examining and for services to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
